1.1   zc77 operates an online casino, sports betting, and gaming platform accessible at zc77.cam. The platform provides access to casino games including live dealer tables, slot games, crash games, and a sports betting exchange with markets covering cricket, PSL, and other international sports events.

1.2   These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, collectively form the entire agreement between the Company and the Player. In the event of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific policy document.

1.3   The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via their registered email address or via an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1.4   All amounts and financial thresholds referenced in these Terms are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise explicitly stated.

1.5   These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version.

2.1   To register and use the zc77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is not subject to exception.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is unlawful.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or family member of an employee of zc77 or any affiliated company.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the zc77 platform or any affiliated platform under an active self-exclusion order.

2.2   It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in their jurisdiction prior to registering. zc77 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access the platform from prohibited jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.

3.1   Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account with zc77. The Company actively monitors for duplicate accounts using technical, financial, and documentary means. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by CNIC number, mobile number, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, or shared payment method — are considered duplicate accounts and are prohibited.

3.2   Upon registration, the Player agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You must notify zc77 of any changes to your registered details as soon as practicable. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.3   The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. zc77 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted from your account while logged in is deemed to have been carried out by you and is your responsibility.

3.4   If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify zc77 immediately via the 24/7 support channel. Until you notify us, you remain liable for activity on your account.

3.5   zc77 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where it determines this is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or to comply with applicable regulations.

4.1   In compliance with international gaming licensing standards and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, zc77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. The Company reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time.

4.2   Standard KYC documentation required by zc77 includes:

• Government-issued photographic identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account matching the registered name)

4.3   The Company may also request a selfie photograph, a photograph holding your identification document, or a brief video verification at its discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.

4.4   zc77 will process submitted KYC documents within twenty-four (24) hours in most cases. Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful verification. The Company is not liable for delays caused by incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent documentation submitted by the Player.

5.1   zc77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cash OTC channels. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. The Company reserves the right to update accepted payment methods and thresholds at any time.

5.2   Deposits made using a payment method that is not registered in the Player's name will be declined or reversed. Deposits must originate from a payment instrument that belongs to the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.3   Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Processing times may extend in cases where enhanced due diligence is required. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

5.4   zc77 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The Company is not responsible for charges levied by third-party payment processors.

5.5   In the event that a deposit is credited to a zc77 account in error, the Company reserves the right to reverse such credits and the Player agrees to repay any amount mistakenly credited on demand.

5.6   zc77 holds all Player funds in segregated accounts, separate from the Company's operational funds. Player balances are not used for any business purpose other than funding Player withdrawals and bonus credits.

6.1   zc77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits as specified in the individual promotional terms published on the platform at the time of the offer.

6.2   Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are distinct from real-money funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Once wagering requirements are satisfied, any balance up to the maximum bonus withdrawal cap (as stated in the relevant promotion's terms) may be withdrawn.

6.3   Players may not withdraw real-money funds that were used as a qualifying deposit for a bonus until the attached wagering requirement has been completed, unless the Player explicitly forfeits the bonus prior to requesting a withdrawal.

6.4   The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once
• Low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements
• Coordinated play or collusion between accounts to generate artificial wagering volume
• Use of matched betting, arbitrage, or betting assistant software to fulfil wagering requirements

6.5   zc77 reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including offers that are already in progress, where the Company determines that the offer has been abused or that fraud is suspected.

7.1   Each game and betting market available on the zc77 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are either displayed within the game interface or published in the relevant sports betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game-specific rules before wagering.

7.2   All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from independently audited game providers. zc77 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) values reflect the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of any individual outcome.

7.3   For sports betting, zc77 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The odds were published due to a manifest error or technical fault
• The match or event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled outside the defined settlement window
• Match-fixing or corrupt activity is confirmed by a relevant governing body
• The bet was placed after the event outcome was known (late bets)

7.4   zc77 PSL and cricket betting markets are settled according to official results issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the relevant international cricket governing body. In-play bets are settled on the result at the moment of official match completion unless the bet is on a specific in-play event with its own settlement rule.

7.5   zc77 reserves the right to limit the stake size or restrict the markets available to any Player at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8.1   The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zc77 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent use of any payment method, including use of stolen or unauthorised payment instruments
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any customer support interaction
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Abuse of any software or technical fault ("bug abuse") to obtain credits, winnings, or bonus amounts not legitimately earned
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited
• Money laundering or using the platform to facilitate any form of financial crime
• Creating or using an account on behalf of another person

8.2   Where zc77 determines that any of the above activities have occurred, the Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending and recent bets or game rounds; withhold or reverse any pending withdrawals; forfeit all bonus and real-money balances; and refer the matter to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities.

9.1   All intellectual property on the zc77 platform — including but not limited to the zc77 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, content, imagery, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to zc77 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2   Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zc77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the prior written consent of zc77.

10.1   zc77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2   zc77 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required for platform operations (e.g., payment processing, KYC verification) or where compelled by law or by the Company's licensing authority.

11.1   zc77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools to manage their gambling activity. The following player protection tools are available to all registered accounts, free of charge, from the account settings panel:

• Loss limits — caps on total losses over a defined period

12.2   zc77 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of interruptions, or free of errors. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond the Company's control may cause temporary unavailability. The Company is not liable for losses arising from such unavailability.

12.3   In all circumstances, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4   Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's own gross negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

13.1   You may request closure of your zc77 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to zc77. Bonus balances and pending free bet credits will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13.2   zc77 may suspend or close your account at any time if it determines that you have breached these Terms, that your account poses a risk of harm to the platform or to third parties, or if required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority.

13.3   Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold or void the Player's balance, including real-money funds, if such funds were obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 8.

14.1   These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to zc77's international gaming licensing jurisdiction.

14.2   In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact zc77's 24/7 customer support team in the first instance. zc77 will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally and promptly.

14.3   If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the Company's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available from the zc77 support team upon request.

15.1   zc77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days via the registered email address or via an on-platform notification before the new Terms come into effect.

15.2   Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or minor updates to contact information — may be made at any time without prior notice.

15.3   The current version of these Terms, together with their effective date, is always accessible from the footer of the zc77 platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
